My husband and I were disappointed by the lack of shuttle service and communication at Wyndham Garden Newark Airport. The staff seemed uninterested, the room had mold, and the small store attendant was unfriendly. However, the beds were comfortable. Overall, not the Americana experience we were hoping for.

Everything was good from the very good service to the fab food. The room was impressive and quiet with a very comortable bed👌😀

A couple of areas for improvement would be the pricing, which seemed a bit high for the amenities offered. It would also be nice if the staff could improve their communication among themselves to avoid any confusion for guests.

The shuttle service was convenient and ran on time. The hotel also had a luggage locker room which was very helpful. we had a great experience as guests with families.
